Fee: Starting at $450 for up to 2 hours, based on square footage of property in consideration. Multi-property package available.
Overview: Design consultation to help you envision and realize the possibilities within the property you are considering purchasing.
This consult reduces the risk of a wrong purchase and gives you the peace of mind that the property can meet your needs and become the home you want it to be.
I will meet you and your agent at the house and walk the entire property with you— discussing layout, ideas, and realistic design outcomes.
At the end of our appointment, you’ll be able to move forward feeling confident about your decision to either buy or keep looking.
Fee varies based on square footage of property.
DESIGNer on call:
HOURLY CONSULTATION AT YOUR PACE
Fee: $200 per hour.
Packages available starting at 10 hours, based on your needs.
DESIGN FOR A DAY:
6 HOURS OF PRODUCTIVE DESIGN
Fee: $1,200 for one day, or can be split into two days
