Overview: Design consultation to help you envision and realize the possibilities within the property you are considering purchasing, including layout, ideas, and realistic design outcomes. Fee varies based on square footage.
DESIGNer on call:
HOURLY CONSULTATION
Fee: $200 per hour.
Overview: Hourly consultation, provided at your pace and based on your needs. Packages available starting at 10 hours. .
DESIGN FOR A DAY:
6 HOURS OF PRODUCTIVE DESIGN
Fee: $1,200 for one day, or can be split into two days
Overview: In one day, we will work on your most pressing design dilemmas. Contact me to discuss your specific needs.
ONE ROOM INTENSIVE
Fee: Starting at $4,500 per space
Overview: Transform a specific space in 3 months or less. Contact me to discuss your specific needs.
FULL SERVICE INTERIORS
Fee: Based on scope and square footage
Overview: All inclusive design including concepts, drawings, specifications, project management, purchasing, implementation and installation.
RENOVATIONS & custom homes
Fee: Based on scope and square footage
Overview: All inclusive design services involving conceptual design, drawings, specifications, project management, full service interior design, implementation, and finishing touches.
Design services will seamlessly integrate with those of your architect, contractors and builder.
